problem??take it easy..



aku, kalau ada masalah, senang jek..tido..after tdo insyaALLAH rse kurang sket bebanan..kadang2 tdo siang bole je jalan..kadang2 kne tdo malam dlam 5-6 jam gtu baru rse ok sket otak...bukan amik mudah dengan masalah itu, tp itulah salah satu cara untuk tidak memikirkan sangat masalah itu..kita kne dalam keadaan yang cool utk settlekan masalah..tp slalunya aku akan biarkan masa berjalan utk settlekan masalah itu..let go with the flow kate org putih..hehehe..kadang2 beriya kite pk cne nak settlekan..tp kadang2 sambil2 wat keje laen dapat idea n ilham mcm mne nk settlekan..

so, dont force urself to think the problem deeply..esp when u are alone...if the problem quite serious, calm first (the easy way you can calm yourself by praying then sleep for a while) and then, think rationally to solve the problem..if you cant, discuss with the person that u r trust..insyaALLAH, there will be a ways for you..
